Operators and renters

The operator manages vehicles, prices, availability and renter records. A public website inquiry awaits approval and is not a guaranteed booking. Rental terms and vehicle payment are agreed with the operator.

Software subscription

Choose a subscription in the app and confirm through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the final price, period, eligible trial and renewal terms before confirmation. An annual plan is charged for the full year upfront.

One subscription unlocks the same VehRoster fleet in the app and website. Sharing a password does not transfer it to unrelated fleets. Cancellation and purchase refund requests are managed through the original store.

Responsible use

Keep sign-in details secure and provide only data and photos you are authorized to use. Review bookings and reports. Notifications and calendar synchronization are supporting tools and depend on permissions and connectivity.
